A perception that events, situations, and experiences inherently are more neautral than they initialy seem. This insight has been reported by people with extensive meditation experience, who suggest that the longer one observes and contemplates phenomena, the more apparent their inherent neutrality becomes. Our interpretation of them as "good" or "bad" stems from our personal background, experiences, and perspective rather than any inherent quality of the things themselves.
The ongoing experience that I have is a feeling of, I never know how to express this, but that things are neutral in a way. Things are more neutral than they seem. One person hears something and they say it's bad and the other person hears the same thing and says it's good. It has its influence depending on whatever your background is, where you come from and your interpretation. But actually things are in a sense neutral. ๐ ๐ โ Pema Chรถdrรถn on the interview with Oprah answering the question What has been your greatest awakening so far?
