A learning technique that involves making a guess about how something works to deepen understanding.
This approach ensures that the concept doesn’t linger in space of uncertainty but collapses into a best guess. This works a little like in a quantum event where an when somebody observe a particle like electron, it doesn’t remain in a superposition but collapses into a specific state.
Largely because of My-side bias family of biases, a person who makes a guess, entangles with it, and it will leave a more vivid imprint on their memory (e.g. I said it so I hope I am not proven wrong). That is leaves a more vivid imprint on your memory. This makes it much easier to recall your initial thought patterns and bounce from it to better one.
