Choose an important goal you'd like to accomplish in the future. It can be large or small, but should be something that will add meaning and wellbeing to your life. Once you have it, spend a couple minutes imagining you've achieved this goal and feel deeply satisfied. Then answer these questions: What would life be like for you if you accomplished this goal? Who would be helping you celebrate? What would it feel like to have this success?
